About the job:  Great opportunity to join an international team and to be working with fast-growing companies, looking for new customers in Mexico, to approach, pitch and continue to follow up and close deals. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Commercial Growth and Delivery of Mexico’s commercial targets: through execution of the business go to market strategy, identification of new business opportunities, proactive management and generation of the sales pipeline and supporting merchant deal negotiations.
  • Represent Unlimit serving as a brand ambassador, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of the client.
  • Team Development: through ongoing training, recruitment, and maintenance and development of sales reference materials.
  • Manage Mexico’s Event Plan to ensure the Unlimit are represented at relevant local events ongoing.
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research based on Unlimit’s global expansion plans.
  • Collaboration: Work with individuals and teams across Unlimit to ensure the best possible merchant experience and to develop yourself and your colleagues professionally.
  • Produce monthly reports on Mexico’s commercial performance, including progress of pipeline, pricing performance, participation, and success of regional events, individual team performance and process/product opportunities that will help the business grow in market.

  • Commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiations skills.
  • Proven track record of performance, you will need to demonstrate examples of major deals closed in the region.
  • Relevant business network with Mexican merchants.
  • Relevant strategic connections & partnerships with the various banks and payment providers.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (specifically payments).
  • Experience in the payment's industry, specifically in a recognized payments company or from an enterprise level sales role within a financial institution.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, + other languages, will be an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Unlimit.
  • Driven by the results and capacity for innovation in the payments space, and passionate in your willingness to create value.
  • Experienced in B2B environment from either payment service provider/acquirer (or similar complex enterprise software) or merchant side.
  • A self-standing associate with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
