Vitalii Merkulov

Vitalii Merkulov has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Vitalii started in 2003 as the Head of Marketing and Advertising (acting) at Rapida Ltd. From there, they worked as the Chief Technical Officer at Delfee Telecom and later became the Chief Executive Officer at Mobile Money Ltd. In 2008, they joined Belti Ltd. (Web studio) as a Project Manager and then moved to Start Telecom as the Head of Internet Projects Department. In 2011, they joined Alliance Ltd. as the Chief Business Development Officer. Since 2012, they have been working at Unlimint, where they held positions such as CTO, E-commerce & Card Operations Director, Executive Director, and currently serves as the VP Card Schemes.

Vitalii Merkulov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology of Electronic Devices from Ulyanovsk State Technical University between 1995 and 2000. In addition, they also completed a specialist program on "Innovative management and audit" focusing on becoming the head of a small or medium innovative company between 1996 and 1997.
