Leonie Pfalz has a diverse and extensive work experience in product design and user experience. Leonie currently works as the Director of User Experience at Unmind, where they lead the user experience team and oversees the Voice of the Customer program. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Design at Flink and Just Eat Takeaway.com, where they managed and mentored teams to drive insight-driven product design and develop consumer experiences. Leonie also held leadership positions at Novoda, where they led product design teams, supported strategy, and fostered cross-discipline collaboration. In addition, Leonie volunteered as a Design Thinking Educator for Children's Workshops at Future Legends, focusing on equipping girls with digital and leadership skills. Leonie also gained experience at companies like Touchnote Ltd. and Concrete Studios Ltd as a product designer and graphic designer, respectively. Early in their career, they worked as a graphic design intern at Ignition Design, contributing to web and print artwork projects.
Leonie Pfalz completed a BA Honours degree in Digital Communication at Bath Spa University from 2004 to 2007. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued an Art Foundation (Diploma) degree in Graphic Design at the University of Gloucestershire. In 2013, they attended Stanford University to focus on a course in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) with a specialization in User Experience Design.
