Francesc Faus Espar

Francesc Faus Espar has held various roles in the finance and customer success industries since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Asesor Comercial at Tecnocasa and as a Becario en Comunicación at Agencia Triangulo. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Gestor Financiero Comercial at ING National Nederlanden and Kiron Serveis Financers. From 2011 to 2014, they held roles as a Gestor Banca Rápida and Gestor Personal de Banca at CaixaBank and a Gestor Empresas at Mst Group (subcontrata Banco Sabadell). From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Viaconto Minicredit S.L (VIASMS Group) as a Director de Operaciones and Responsable de Departamento de Riesgo y Producto. Most recently, they have been a Key Account Manager (Customer Success) at Unnax since 2020.

Francesc Faus Espar has obtained a Bachelor's degree in marketing and public relations from the University of Wales in 2015. Currently, they are enrolled in the Programa Fintech & Blockchain at Esade, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Francesc also holds a certification in Key Account Management from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2021.
