Francisco Flores Silva

Francisco Flores Silva is a Product Owner Lead at UNO afp since June 2022, overseeing digital project teams and an app cell while prioritizing projects based on business value and impact. Previously, at AFP PlanVital from March 2019 to May 2022, Francisco held multiple roles, including Supervisor of Pension Payments, focusing on team management and process optimization, and as an Analyst in Operational Development and Control, responsible for generating controls and KPIs. Earlier experiences include developing a management control system for Insupan Ltda. as part of a thesis project, supervising sales teams, and undertaking a professional internship in process analysis. Francisco holds a degree in Information and Management Control Engineering from Universidad Católica del Norte and has enhanced skills through various courses, including Scrum Master training.
