Julia Kroumova Ivanova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Julia began their career as a TV Hostess for Bulgarian National Television from 1995 to 1996. Julia then co-founded Espectáculos Deportivos Kroumova S.L. in 2003, where they served as the CEO until 2012. During their time at Espectáculos Deportivos Kroumova S.L., they gained experience in managing and leading a company. In 2012, they worked as a Lawyer for Real Madrid C.F. and later became the General Manager for Castellana Sports Club from 2012 to 2015. Their expertise in sports also led their to become a Lecturer at the European University of Madrid - Real Madrid from 2013 to 2014, where they taught courses on new technologies, social media, and corporate policies. Most recently, Julia served as the Global Brand Standards & Internal Audit Director at UNOde50 from 2015 to 2018, before transitioning to the role of Global Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2018.

Julia Kroumova Ivanova's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Julia studied Business Administration and Management for one year before transferring to Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1996.
