Chito Africa

Chito Africa has extensive experience in the banking and technology industry. Chito is currently the Head Of Technology at UNObank since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and CTO at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) from June 2019 to September 2021. Chito also held the position of Senior Vice President at Philippine National Bank from November 2018 to March 2019. Chito's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Citi, where they served as a Senior Vice President from January 1996 to November 2018.

Chito Africa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at De La Salle University from 1983 to 1987. Chito later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university, which they finished in 2017. Chito also attended La Salle Green Hills, although the time period and specific degree or field of study are not provided.
