Ems Requina

Ems Requina has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ems is currently working as a Senior HR Generalist at UNO Digital Bank, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Citi as an AVP HR Generalist, APAC Professional Services from August 2019 to August 2022. Before joining Citi, they held various roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Talent Acquisition from January 2019 to July 2019, HR Business Partner from January 2017 to January 2019, Performance, Rewards and Benefits Specialist from January 2014 to January 2017, and HR Relationship Officer from April 2009 to January 2014.

Ems Requina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, completing the program between 2005 and 2009.
