Anna Golikova

Anna Golikova possesses a diverse background in international law and policy, with current involvement as a Member of the Youth Engagement Platform at UNOPS since February 2022, contributing in an advisory capacity to the Executive Office. Previously, Anna held roles including Co-Chair of the Youth Employee Resource Group, Assistant Investigator in Internal Audit, and various positions at the BRICS Competition Law and Policy Centre and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. Anna's educational credentials include pursuing a Doctorate in International Law at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with a Bachelor's degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Additional qualifications include a professional qualification in law from Le Collège Universitaire Français and specialized training in leadership skills for female early-career researchers at the University of York.
