Karla Laínez

Karla Laínez is an experienced HR specialist with a focus on talent acquisition and management, currently leading a team at UNOPS since April 2013 within the People and Culture Group at HQ. Karla has a strong background in human resources and project support, having previously served as a Human Resources Senior Associate and Project Support Associate at TELUS International, where performance and customer satisfaction were key metrics. Karla's earlier experience includes program support at USAID and project support at UNDP, enhancing skills in administration, operations budget management, and human resources coordination. Karla holds a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management from AMPG International.
