Paquita Gonzalez Haug

Paquita Gonzalez Haug is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and infrastructure planning. Currently serving as Gerente Senior de Proyecto at UNOPS since August 2022, Paquita previously held the position of Directora de Proyectos at Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social from February 2014 to August 2022, overseeing special projects related to Environment and Human Safety for hospital infrastructure. Prior to this, Paquita was Socia Consultora at Consorcia Serproco MYGSA from February 2010 to January 2014, managing the construction project of the Trauma Hospital at the National Insurance Institute. Paquita earned a Master's degree in Infrastructure Planning from the University of Stuttgart between 1997 and 1999 and a Licenciatura in Architecture from VERITAS UACA from 1986 to 1993, complemented by a diploma in Architecture and Environment from Universidad de Salamanca in early 2021.
