Vrinda Sood

Vrinda Sood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vrinda is currently working at Unravel Carbon, a company they joined in 2023, where they are involved in growth and strategy. Prior to this, Vrinda co-founded Women Unbounded in 2020, an international network focused on women's empowerment.

Before their current roles, Vrinda worked at KPMG Singapore from 2019 to 2023. During their time there, they held various positions including Senior Fintech Consultant, where they led the venture creation and launch activities of a sustainability-focused predictive supply chain platform. Vrinda also played a key role in creating the 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion program in collaboration with Ant Group and the World Bank.

Vrinda's previous experiences include working as a research assistant at the Yale-NUS College History Department and serving as an admissions fellow at Yale-NUS College. Vrinda also gained experience as a strategy consulting intern at KPMG Singapore, where they collaborated on producing a white paper for the Government of Brunei on Islamic FinTech in ASEAN.

Additionally, Vrinda served as an executive editor at Fox and Hedgehog, an international current and global affairs review magazine, and worked as a strategic advisory intern at Brunswick Group, where they delivered solutions for crisis management. Vrinda also had a research internship at AVPN, where they worked on an in-depth report on foreign investments in Myanmar.

Vrinda's early experience includes working as a consultant at the Yale-NUS Consulting Group.

Vrinda Sood completed their education at various institutions. From 2002 to 2016, they attended Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj, where they focused on studying Business/Commerce. In 2016, they enrolled at Yale-NUS College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics in 2020. In 2018, they also spent a semester at Yale University, studying Political Science and Economics as part of an exchange program. Additionally, in the same year, they attended the Summer Institute for Grand Strategy and Leadership at Yale University.
