Charlie Walker

Charlie Walker is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader with extensive experience in recruitment, operations, and finance. Currently serving as Founder and Executive Search Partner at Harmonic Executive since November 2024, Charlie also founded several Certified B Corps, including Harmonic Finance™ and Harmonic Operations™, focusing on recruitment and executive search for finance and operations in scale-ups and creative industries. As a member of the Board of Trustees for the Bookmark Reading Charity and an advisory board member for the Unrest accelerator program, Charlie is dedicated to social impact and supporting budding entrepreneurs. Prior to these roles, Charlie successfully founded and scaled Vivid Resourcing into a £30 million turnover business before exiting in 2016. Charlie's academic background includes a BA(Hons) in Modern History and Politics from the University of Oxford.
