Ahmad al Biss

Ahmad Al Biss is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as a General Practitioner and Medical Officer in Charge at UNRWA since October 2011. Responsibilities include managing a general clinic, providing maternal and child health services, controlling communicable and non-communicable diseases, and overseeing school health services and hospital referrals. Prior to this, Ahmad worked as a General Practitioner for the Ministry of Defence in Saudi Arabia from October 2006 to October 2011, focusing on both general and maternal health. Ahmad also completed a medical residency at the Ministry of Health in Jordan from August 2005 to October 2006, treating chronic patients and working in various subspecialist clinics. Ahmad began their medical career as a General Practitioner in the Ministry of Health in Jordan from January 2003 to August 2005. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the Rila Institute of Health Sciences (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine from Bukavina State Medical Academy in Ukraine (1994-2000).
