Dmitri Gutuleac

Dmitri Gutuleac has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Head of Human Resources for the UNRWA Jordan Office starting in December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Expert at the European Central Bank from July 2014 to October 2017. Dmitri also held various positions at the OSCE, including Personnel Officer, Chief of Finance and Administration, and Personnel Assistant. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Telemedia Group (TMG) and as Head of Human Resources at Commercial Bank "BTR Moldova". Dmitri began their career as a Consultant at ARIA - Agency for Enterprise Restructuring.

Dmitri Gutuleac pursued their education at the Academy of Economic Studies from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they completed a five-year program and obtained an Advanced University degree, equivalent to a master's degree. Their field of study was focused on Management of Human Resources.
