Matias Linder

Matias Linder is an experienced manager and consultant specializing in organizational development and human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Compensation and Organizational Design Projects at UNRWA since August 2020, Matias oversees organizational structure and staff rewards across multiple regions. Previous roles include trustee positions at ABColombia and LEAD International, as well as extensive experience as an international development consultant focusing on capacity building in various countries, particularly Afghanistan. Matias also held significant positions in organizational development and HR functions at the European Monitoring Centre for Drug and Drug Addiction and the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions.
