Mohammad Salah has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Mohammad began their career as an Audit Assistant at United Auditing, where they were responsible for accounting and financial statement preparation for four different companies. After that, they worked as Chief Accountant at Nafiz Qatanani & Partners Co., where they handled accounting and financial reporting tasks.

In 2009, they joined AmCan International Group as the Chief Accountant and Internal Auditor, responsible for implementing accounting systems, control procedures, and risk assessment systems.

Mohammad then joined UNRWA as an Assistant Budget Officer for four years, followed by a promotion to Budget Officer. In this role, they prepared budgets, monitored expenditures, and provided guidance to departments on budget instructions. Mohammad was recognized with the "Distinguished Performance Award" for three consecutive years.

In 2016, Salah joined the United Nations Office at Geneva as a Finance Officer.
