Stephanie Case

Stephanie Case currently serves as the Chief of Protection Division at UNRWA, where strategic and technical direction is provided for protection activities across five fields of operations, focusing on the safety and rights of over five million Palestine refugees. Stephanie founded Free to Run and holds the position of President, promoting the empowerment of women and girls through running. Additionally, Stephanie is a member of The North Face Explorer team, contributing to global change initiatives. Previous roles include significant leadership positions in UN operations and crisis centers, specializing in human rights and protection, with experience in legal advisory roles and projects related to international law and human rights advocacy. Stephanie holds an LLM in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, a JD in International Law, and a BA(Hons) in International Development and Psychology.
