Customer Success Manager at Unstack

Tim Hughes is currently the Customer Success Manager at Unstack. Prior to this, they were with WordStream for over three years, where they acted as CSM #1 for new products, became the Subject Matter Expert for a number of 3rd party partnerships, and designed new workflows that reduced the team's average response time by over 84%. Before WordStream, Tim was the owner and operator of PC.NINJA, a computer repair service in the Greater Boston area. Tim has a passion for helping people and empowering them to troubleshoot their own issues.

Tim Hughes studied Political Science: International Relations at Stonehill College. Tim then studied abroad at Chiang Mai University. Tim has also received certification from Drift in Conversational Marketing and from Google Ads in Google Ads Search.

Tim Hughes reports to Grant Deken, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Carter Deken - Customer Success Manager, Emily Fletcher - Controller, and Usman Amjad - QA Manager.
