Simone Janisch

Simone Janisch has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Head of Development & Culture at UnternehmerTUM since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant HR Development at the same company from January 2021 to June 2022.

Simone also has experience as a Consultant Leadership Development & Mental Health at MEDISinn Plattform GmbH from December 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as a Positive Psychologist and Trainer in Leadership & Organizational Development at HIKINGDAYS from January 2018 to November 2019.

Simone also held the role of Liaison Officer at Bundeskanzleramt from July 2018 to December 2018. Simone worked as an Event-Manager at EF Education First in June 2017 and had a gap year of solo traveling to Canada, Hawaii, Costa Rica, and other destinations from 2016 to 2017.

Simone'searlier experiences include working as a Freelancer at cinnamon GmbH Hospitality & Promotion from 2012 to 2017, and as a Summer Course Leader at EF Education First from August 2012 to August 2016, with an additional summer course leadership role in July 2013.

Simone also worked at WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien as a Psychological Testing, Counselling & Seminar support from January 2013 to August 2014, and as a Test instructor at Universität Wien in July 2013.

Simone Janisch completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Vienna from 2008 to 2016. In addition, they pursued studies in International Business at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for the academic year 2008-2009. Simone has also obtained additional certifications in various areas such as Systemische Organisationsentwicklung & Changemanagement, OKR Champ Training, Teamentwicklung/-coaching, Change & Innovationsmanagement, Digital Leadership, Design Thinking, and Certificated Trainer.
