Annette van't Spyker

Annette van't Spyker has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent roles. Annette began their career in 1999 as an entry level Human Resources professional at Ford Motor Company, where they gained experience in Labour and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits. In 2004, they became the Corporate HR Manager/Consultant at Miedema's Motor Sales, where they linked organizational success to employee engagement and commitment. In 2006, they became Manager of Compensation and Benefits at North York General Hospital and successfully proposed compensation and benefit offering alternatives. From 2007 to 2017, they held various roles at Capgemini, including Vice President of Human Resources, Global Human Resources Business Partner, and Lead of HR and Change Stream. In 2017, they became Vice President of HR and Talent at Capgemini Invent, and in 2019, they became EVP of Talent at Connected and Vice President of HR and Talent, Cloud Infrastructure Services at Capgemini. Annette is currently the VP of HR at Untether AI, where they began in 2021.

Annette van't Spyker obtained their Bachelor of Public Administration - BPA from Carleton University between 1994 and 1997, with a minor in Human Resources. Annette then attended McMaster University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Finally, Annette van't Spyker completed their Master of Laws - LL.M. in Employment and Labour Law at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010.
