Shaghayegh Haghshenas has worked as a Silicon CAD Engineer at Untether AI since 2022. From 2018 to 2017, they worked as a CAD Engineer - PDK Developer at STMicroelectronics, where they developed tool integrators for Cadence Virtuoso using SKILL++ programming language to enable automatic ASIC physical design, optimized existing software tools, and developed a software documentation model for developers. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant - Robotic Engineer at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche Institute of Industrial Technologies and Automation, where they designed control algorithms for human-robot interaction applications, designed control algorithms using machine learning and fuzzy controller concepts in MATLAB, implemented the control system via JAVA on a robot manipulator, tested and verified the designed control algorithm on a Robot Operating System KUKA iiwa manipulator, and validated the effectiveness of the approach by introducing a new evaluation scenario for upper limb exoskeletons.

Shaghayegh Haghshenas has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Shaghayegh then obtained a Master's degree in Automation and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano from 2014 to 2017. In 2021, Shaghayegh Haghshenas obtained several certifications, including Programming Foundations: Databases and Programming Foundations: Version Control with Git from LinkedIn, Python Essential Training from LinkedIn, and Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services.
