Customer Operations Manager at Unyoked

Ellen Hetherington started their career in 2014 at North Shore Gym, where they worked as a Barista and Creche Assistant. In 2015, they moved on to HIRONDELLE PRIVATE HOSPITAL PTY. LTD. and held the role of Medical Receptionist until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Ellen worked at Merivale as a Food and Beverage Attendant. Currently, they are employed at Unyoked, where they started as an Experience Coordinator in 2020 and eventually became a Customer Operations Manager in December 2021.

Ellen Hetherington obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. In 2018, they participated in the Semester Exchange Arts Program at Utrecht University. Prior to their university education, Ellen Hetherington attended the Abbotsleigh School for Girls from 2010 to 2013 for their high school education. Before that, they completed their high school education from 1999 to 2010 at the Australian International School Singapore.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ellen Hetherington holds certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol, which they obtained from RSA Sydney in June 2012, and a First Aid Certificate from the National First Aid Training Institute (NFTI) in January 2013.
