Dr. Gautam Garg

Dr. Gautam Garg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Dr. Gautam currently serves as the Head of Business Operations, PMO & CRM at Unyscape Infocom since July 2019. In this role, they lead a team responsible for sales operations, project management, customer relationship management, and various other functions. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Business Operations and PMO at Unyscape Infocom starting from May 2017. At Adobe, Dr. Garg worked in various roles. Dr. Gautam was a Manager Operations - Customer Success from December 2013 to April 2017, overseeing a team of support engineers and ensuring prompt and efficient complaint handling. Before that, they served as a Lead Consultant - TRT - Escalation & Support Specialist from March 2012 to December 2013, responsible for managing customer escalations and delivering excellent customer service. Dr. Garg also worked as a Service Consultant T2 Support at Adobe from November 2009 to March 2012, focusing on providing support to Platinum and Gold customers. Prior to Adobe, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Customer Care Executive, mentoring new hires and monitoring team quality from an unspecified start date to 2009.

Dr. Gautam Garg completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from William Carey University, Shillong in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine/Ayurveda from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur between 1994 and 2000. Additionally, they completed their 10th and 12th-grade education in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1991 and 1993.

In terms of certifications, Dr. Garg obtained a Digital Sales Certification from Google in March 2018. Dr. Gautam also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma, earned in 2015. Furthermore, they received PMP® Training for Project Management Professional in 2013.
