Alessandra Schneiderman

Alessandra Schneiderman possesses extensive experience in project and people management, currently serving as the Gerente de Projetos e Pessoas at UON Consulting since November 2020, overseeing fixed teams and squads in project support and development. Prior to this role, Alessandra held the position of Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at Generali Brasil from May 2017 to September 2018, where responsibilities included team management, strategic alignment, and performance analysis. From September 2004 to December 2016, Alessandra worked at Azul Seguros as Gerente de Projetos / Negócios / Processos, excelling in process improvement, project management methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. Alessandra holds a postgraduate degree in Ciências Atuariais from Escola Nacional de Ciências Estatísticas, and degrees in Ciência da Computação and Tecnologo em Processamento de Dados from SESAT.
