Laura Rinaldi Gabas

Laura Rinaldi Gabas has worked for various companies in different roles. Laura started their career in 2015 as an Estagiária de R&S at Behave Consulting, where they were responsible for executing recruitment and selection processes for various positions. Laura also conducted psychological tests and provided support in the preparation of selection reports. Laura'srole at Behave Consulting ended in 2016.

In 2017, Laura joined Clínica Particular as a Psicóloga Clínica, where they continue to work.

In 2019, Laura joined Instituto PSIADI as an Agente de Relações. Laura worked in this role until 2022.

Most recently, in 2021, Laura joined Up Outsourcing as a member of the People and Culture team.

Laura Rinaldi Gabas has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Jungian Clinical Psychology at Uningá, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they attended the Universidade do Sagrado Coração, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

During their time at the Universidade do Sagrado Coração, Laura also engaged in some additional educational experiences. In 2014, they worked as an extensionist student, focusing on Community Psychology. In 2016, they completed a mandatory internship in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Aside from their formal education, Laura has also acquired several certifications. In 2013, they completed a basic course in Palographic Testing at PsicoVita. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer, as well as in Organizational Behavior Management, including topics like Organizational Structure, Change Management, and HR Analytics, from Saint Paul Business School. In 2020, they also completed courses on topics such as Diversity and Gender Equity in Organizations and Creative Problem Solving through Slash Education.

More recently, Laura pursued training in various areas related to human resources and employer branding. In 2021, they completed the Tech Recruiter Formation program and the MasterClass in Beyond Technical Skills for Tech HRs, both provided by Feel Tech RH. In 2022, they obtained the Employer Branding Insights certification from Matchbox Brasil and the Introduction to OKRs certification from Qulture.Rocks Brasil. In 2023, they completed the Trabalho Remoto: O Guia completo para o sucesso certification at Udemy and became an Employer Branding Expert through ILoveMyJob.

It is apparent that Laura Rinaldi Gabas is committed to acquiring knowledge and expanding their expertise in various areas related to psychology, organizational behavior, and human resources.
