Meaghan O'Neill

Meaghan O'Neill is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at UP.Partners since January 2024. Prior to this role, O'Neill contributed to DoorDash from August 2020 to December 2023, holding positions as Autonomy Commercialization Lead within DoorDash Labs and Manager of Dasher Experience. O'Neill's career also includes consulting at Strategy& from July 2016 to July 2020, a snowboard instructor role at Mt Hutt in 2018, and serving as a Market Research Analyst at Ensemble in 2015. Additionally, O'Neill was a Princeton in Asia Summer Fellow, working as a Data Analyst/Research Intern for Population Services Khmer in 2014. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Computer Science from Princeton University, complemented by certificates in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Robotics, and Intelligent Systems.
