Gareth Flynn

Gareth Flynn has a long history of working in the talent acquisition and recruitment services industry. In 1994, they began their career as a Director with Robert Walters. In 1995, they moved to Robert Walters (UK) as Director of Contract Recruitment. In 1999, they returned to Robert Walters (Melb) as Director of Recruitment Services. In 2003, they moved to Hudson as Practice Manager of Accounting & Financial Services. In 2005, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as Client Service Director, where they were responsible for the operations and delivery of services to two of AMS's premier RPO functions. In 2008, they established TQSolutions, which is now regarded as Australia’s leading Advisory and Solutions firm for Talent related projects. In 2018, they became a Technology Advisor & Mentor (Asia) for Udder - Talent Technology. In 2017, they co-founded The Career Conversation, and in 2021, they became a Director for uPaged: healthcare workforce marketplace.

Gareth Flynn completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Melbourne Business School between 2000 and 2003, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Gareth also obtained a BA (Hons) from the University of York between 1989 and 1992, with a focus on Politics, Philosophy & Economics. In April 2020, they obtained the People as Competitive Advantage certification from the Josh Bersin Academy.
