Farooq Buvvaji

Farooq Buvvaji's work experience begins in 1996 with a role as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at Covansys. Farooq then worked as a Technical Consultant at Great Lakes Technologies Group and as a Project Lead at EFTEC NA LLC. In 2005, they became a Program Manager at Williams-Sonoma Inc. Farooq continued their career as a Supply Chain Architect at Essilor before joining The Michaels Companies, Inc. as an Sr. Enterprise Solutions Architect and later as an IT Manager for Digital & Ecommerce. Currently, they are working at Upbound Group, where they have held various roles including IT Manager, Sr. Manager of Application Development, Director of Enterprise Architecture, Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture, Sr. Director of IT for Digital Commerce, Marketing, and CRM, and currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Digital Commerce.

Farooq Buvvaji completed an MBA program from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2009 to 2011. The degree focused on Strategy, Marketing, and Operations. In addition, Buvvaji obtained a certification in ServiceMax Administration (SVMX101) from ServiceMax - From GE Digital in May 2017.
