Kelsey Havens is the Director of Revenue Marketing at Upbound. Prior to their current position, Kelsey was the Director, Digital Marketing + CRO at NVIDIA and before that, the Director of Corporate Marketing at Cumulus Networks.

Kelsey has extensive experience in marketing and website Program Management Organizations. Kelsey has also led a/b testing and personalization programs as well as the development of a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) program. In their previous role at Cumulus Networks, they were responsible for the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans for key technical content programs for sales and demand generation enablement. Under their leadership, they created a brand awareness strategy resulting in a 303% increase in website traffic.

Kelsey is a skilled marketing professional with a proven track record of success in building omni-channel brand growth strategies, increasing share of voice, and creating successful enablement programs.

Kelsey Havens received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management with a concentration in English-Literature. Kelsey also holds a BA from Arizona State University in the same field. In addition, Kelsey is certified by Lithium Technologies in Community Manager Certification Level 1 and Level 2.
