Holly Raymond

Holly Raymond has extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Holly currently holds the position of Chief of Community Engagement at Upbring since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Upbring from May 2022 to June 2023. From September 2021 to May 2022, they were the Senior Vice President of Finance & Risk at Upbring, where they gained oversight of Risk, Development, Disaster Response, Finance, IT, and Facilities. Before their time at Upbring, they were the Senior Vice President of Finance & Support Services from January 2020 to September 2021 and the Senior Vice President of Finance from December 2017 to December 2019.

Holly also has experience outside of Upbring. Holly served as a Trustee and President of the School Board at Hays Consolidated Independent from May 2012 to June 2018. Holly was the Chief Financial Officer at Common Threads from August 2015 to December 2017 and the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas from July 2011 to August 2015. Additionally, they worked as an Audit Associate at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP from August 2006 to July 2011 and as a Senior 3 Accountant at EY from September 2001 to August 2006. Holly started their career as a Retail Representative at Advantage Sales & Marketing from January 1997 to January 1999.

Holly Raymond pursued their education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2001. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in M.P.A. (presumably Master of Professional Accounting). Additionally, they obtained a Master in Professional Accounting degree with a concentration in Professional Accounting and Business Administration. In recent years, Holly has also obtained additional certifications, including a Risk Management Leadership Certificate from the Nonprofit Risk Management Center in November 2019 and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2021.
