Oscar Guerra is an experienced professional in child care administration, currently serving as a Licensed Child Care Administrator and Child Placing Agency Administrator at Lutheran Social Services of the South since June 2008. Prior to this role, Oscar managed a 16-bed facility as Shelter Director at SCAN, INC. from October 1993 to May 2008. Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Child Development from Instituto Psicopedagogico, completed in 1993, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., earned in 1993.
