Dylan Hecklau has a diverse work experience in product management. Dylan started their career in 2011 as the Vice President of Advisor Pages Product at BrightScope, where they focused on launching and scaling a product to help financial advisors market their services. In 2014, they joined CAKE as a Product Manager, working on affiliate network products and integrations. Dylan then became the Director of Product Management, focusing on strategic direction and roadmap definition.
In 2015, Hecklau moved on to ADARA as a Senior Product Manager, where they played a key role in launching a self-service Private Marketplace product. At Jelli, Inc., they started as a Senior Product Manager, developing the programmatic DSP SpotPlan and earning recognition as a finalist for the Best DSP award. Dylan later became the Director of Product Management, overseeing the Product Team and leading the development of an audio buying solution for small businesses. After iHeartMedia acquired Jelli, Hecklau was appointed as the Senior Director of Product Management, responsible for launching iHeart AdBuilder, a self-service audio buying platform.
Most recently, in 2022, Hecklau joined Updater as the Senior Director of Product Management & Design. Updater aims to streamline the moving process for consumers, real estate partners, and business partners. Hecklau's role involves delivering mission-critical technology to help businesses function and acquiring and retaining customers during the moving process.
