Lindsey Dole (she / her)

Lindsey Dole's work experience includes various roles in the field of human resources and people management. Lindsey worked at Updater from 2016 to the present, starting as a Recruiting VP and progressing to SVP, People, and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer. At Updater, they played a crucial role in building powerful technology to streamline the moving process for households in America.

In 2019, Lindsey joined Chief as a Founding Member, a platform that aims to empower women in leadership positions.

From 2012 to 2016, Lindsey worked at Tumblr, initially as a Recruiting specialist and eventually as the Head of People. Lindsey contributed to the company's growth and development through effective HR and recruiting practices.

Prior to that, Lindsey worked at Google as a Sales Recruiter, where they were responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of sales professionals in the United States and Latin America.

Lindsey's career began in 2008 at JWT, where they worked in Account Management.

In addition to their roles in companies, Lindsey also served as an Advisor at LifeLabs Learning, a training and development company, from 2020 onwards.

Lindsey Dole completed their Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Writing from Colgate University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Lindsey also holds a certification as a LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, which they obtained in July 2022 from LifeLabs Learning.
