Alison Blayney

Alison Blayney has a diverse work experience in HR and executive search. Alison began their career at Moloney Search as a Headhunter, specializing in executive search and placing high-caliber executives in various sectors. Alison then joined Unilever as an HR Graduate, where they gained experience as an HR Business Partner in different roles and regions. In 2018, Alison joined Upfield as an HR Director, initially overseeing the UKI, Nordics, and Australia regions before taking on the role of HR Director for Global Finance and Global IT. Alison'swork experience spans from 2011 to the present, showcasing their expertise in HR and executive search.

Alison Blayney attended Sullivan Upper School from 2005 to 2007. Alison then pursued their higher education at Durham University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BA Hons (2:1) degree in English and Education Studies.
