Gudrun Leibl

Gudrun Leibl has a diverse work experience in HR management and leadership roles. Gudrun is currently working as the Head of HR DACHIT at Upfield since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Nuri from October 2021 to July 2022. Gudrun also worked as a Lecturer in HR Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences from April to August 2021. Before that, they held the position of Global Learning & Development Lead at HelloFresh from May 2019 to February 2021. Gudrun also worked at Mars as the Regional Lead in L&D and Talent Management for the Baltics, Balkan, and Adriatic regions from October 2017 to March 2019. Gudrun has previous experience at Mars as a Sr. Specialist Rewards, Regional HR Project Manager at Royal Canin (a subsidiary of Mars Inc.), and Regional HR Business Partner for the Balkan Adriatic region. Gudrun also worked as a HR Business Partner in manufacturing and as a HR Junior Generalist at Mars. Gudrun began their career as an Export Intern at Wirtschaftskammer Oesterreich and later worked as a Research Assistant at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Gudrun Leibl's education history includes obtaining a Diplom in International Business from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2003 to 2010. Gudrun also completed Preparatory Vocational Training in Psychotherapy at the University of Vienna from 2016 to 2019. In 2008, they participated in an exchange semester focused on Human Resources Management at KEDGE Business School. Gudrun pursued advanced studies in client-centered psychotherapy, specializing as a client-centered psychotherapist (Carl Rogers), from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, they completed coaching fundamentals in co-active coaching at SUAS - A Schouten & Nelissen Company in 2020, and became an MBTI Step I+II Facilitator in Personality Psychology at Myers-Briggs Germany in 2018.
