Hande Dede

Hande Dede started their work experience in 2006 as a System Support Specialist at Sony Electronics. Hande later became the Shared Services IS Team Leader from 2009 to 2010 and then an IS Business Partner from 2010 to 2014. Hande then joined AstraZeneca as an IS Business Partner from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they work at Upfield as the IT Business Lead, first for the Middle East and Africa region from 2019 to 2022, and currently for Europe. Upfield is the world's largest plant-based food company, formed from a carve-out of the Unilever spreads and baking division in 2018.

Hande Dede completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Marmara University in 2003-2008. Additionally, Hande Dede holds certifications including PMI - PMP from PMI, obtained in 2014, and ITIL V.2. from ITIL, obtained in 2010.
