Sarah joins Upfront as Director, Talent, focused on talent network development and providing portfolio company support across talent strategy, recruiting ops & infrastructure and implementing foundational people practices
Prior to Upfront, Sarah was a Recruiting Leader at Miro, a SaaS collaboration tool, where she led a 13 person talent team and was key to helping the company scale from 300 to 2000 employees in 2 years. Before Miro, Sarah was an early recruiting team member at Bird, an electric mobility company. Prior to Bird, Sarah oversaw the talent function at Currency, a financial technology firm, where she became well versed in growth hiring and building operational processes for scale.
Sarah received dual B.S. degrees in Communication and Sociology from Arizona State University.
