Esfandiar Amirrahimi

Esfandiar Amirrahimi has extensive work experience in software development. Esfandiar started their career as a Software Developer at a company in 2009. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Junior Software Developer at MindGeek, where they were responsible for developing interactive promotional content. Esfandiar then joined SAP Hybris as a Software Developer, where they worked on back-end and front-end tasks for the Hybris Order Management System. In 2014, they joined AppDirect as a Senior Developer and later became a Software Developer Team Lead, leading a team of 8 and providing solutions for multi-million dollar accounts. In 2016, they worked as a Software contractor on a project to develop a new CMS and eCommerce system. Currently, they are Principal Software Developer at Upgrade, Inc. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in various technologies and their ability to lead teams and deliver timely solutions.

Esfandiar Amirrahimi completed their Master's degree in Computer Science at Concordia University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from Glasgow Caledonian University, from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" in 2013.
