Michelle Harfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michelle is currently working at UpGuard as the Technical Account Manager APAC Lead since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Account Manager at UpGuard from March 2021 to May 2022. Before joining UpGuard, Michelle worked at Code Worldwide as a Technical Account Manager from October 2019 to March 2021, where they successfully managed and delivered a new product software platform utilizing Agile framework and methodologies. Michelle also held roles at Jayride from November 2017 to October 2019, including Partnerships Account Manager and International Account Manager, where they developed growth strategies and built brand trust for international business partnerships. Michelle's earlier experiences include roles at RedBalloon, Governance Institute of Australia, The Co-op, TOYS "R" US, David Jones, Retail Adventures, and Infra Corporation, where they gained marketing, category management, and administrative skills.

Michelle Harfield attended TAFE NSW from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Swinburne University of Technology, graduating in 2016.
