Cody Chase has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cody's earlier work experiences include serving as a Server/Bartender at Brewport Taphouse & Kitchen, a Server at Shin Ramen, and a Server at Vinny's Pizza.

Cody Chase earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Pre Accountancy at West Los Angeles College from 2015 to 2016. Cody also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts: Social & Behavioral Sciences from Santa Monica College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Cody has obtained several certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce. These certifications include Accounts and Contacts, CRM Basics for Salesforce Classics, Data Quality, Leads and Opportunities, Reports & Dashboards, and Salesforce CPQ Basics. Cody achieved these certifications in May 2018.
