Harshit Pathak

Harshit Pathak is an experienced utility operations and maintenance professional with a strong background in engineering. Currently serving as Team Leader in the Utility Operations and Maintenance department at UPL since September 2022, Harshit has held progressively responsible positions across multiple organizations. Prior to UPL, Harshit worked as Senior Officer in the Utility department at Glenmark Life Sciences and as an Executive in the Utility Department at Lupin. Harshit's career began as a Maintenance Engineer at Amanta Healthcare Ltd. and Alpa Laboratories Limited, specializing in the maintenance and troubleshooting of utility machinery and HVAC systems. The career commenced with an Engineering Trainee position at Ipca Laboratories Limited, focusing on utility maintenance. Harshit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in December 2014.
