Hendrik Ypema

Hendrik Ypema is a Global Research Lead in Plant Pathology with experience at companies such as UPL and BASF. With a background in Plant Pathology, Horticulture, and Agricultural Economics, Hendrik has held various roles in research, development, and management over the years. Prior to their current position, Hendrik served as a Manager of Research and Extension in Horticulture and worked as a Counselor for Economic Cooperation and Export Promotion. Hendrik holds a PhD in Plant Pathology from the University of California, Davis, and an MSc in Plant Pathology, Horticulture, and Agricultural Economics from Wageningen University & Research.
