Tushar Kamale

Tushar Kamale currently serves as the Global Head of Process Safety Management at UPL since December 2021. Prior to this role, Tushar held various positions at Johnson Matthey, including Regional Partner in Process Safety Risk Management for India and Malaysia, and Process Safety Head for India. Tushar's experience also includes a tenure at Bayer as Senior Manager for Process & Plant Safety across the APAC region, and a role at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited focused on Process Safety Management at the Bathinda Oil & Gas Refinery. Earlier experience includes positions at Reliance Industries Limited managing operations and process safety, Everest Industries Limited in research and development, UPL in production, and Sabero Organics Gujarat Limited in technical services. Tushar holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Shivaji University.
