Richard Nahal

Richard Nahal serves as the VP of Software Engineering at Upland Software, a position held since April 2013, with responsibilities encompassing oversight of a Product Development Organization exceeding 100 personnel, including developers, QAs, product owners, and Scrum Masters. Richard has extensive experience in driving R&D and product delivery activities while managing high-performance teams in an Agile environment. Prior experience includes Global Practice Manager at TEKsystems, where Richard led an Application Development Department of over 50 employees, and roles in Computer Horizons and NSB Group focused on software development and project management. Richard's career began as a Systems Analyst at Future Electronics. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Concordia University and a Diploma in Pure and Applied Science from Vanier College.
