Michelle Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Michelle began their career at OWBC as a Recruiter/HR Generalist/Operations Center Director in 2004, where they managed recruitment, conducted employee training, and supervised a team. Michelle then joined The Wesleyan Senior Living Community in 2015 as a Senior Recruiter/Senior HR Generalist, where they were responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, and conducting onboarding and orientation processes. Their most recent role is as a People Operations Generalist/Recruiter at UPLIFT Desk, which they started in 2022.

Michelle Rodriguez earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Early Childhood Education from Temple College between 2002 and 2004. Michelle later pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Governors University from 2010 to 2014.
