Lauren Rosenblatt

Lauren Rosenblatt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lauren currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Uplift Solar, where they are involved in the development of power electronics for solar and energy storage innovations. Prior to this, they co-founded Barrio Eléctrico, a company focused on providing resilient power to low- and moderate-income homes in Puerto Rico through community support. Lauren also served as an Advisory Board Member at TERBINE and worked as a Principal at e-centricity.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held positions at NV Energy as Director of Energy Market Policy and FERC Counsel. Lauren gained extensive legal experience as an Attorney and Branch Chief at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where they supervised a team responsible for investigating and prosecuting potential violations of Commission regulations in the energy market. Before that, they worked as an Associate at McGuireWoods and Hunton & Williams LLP.

Lauren also has international experience, having worked as an Information Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where they established communication channels between headquarters and provincial projects. Lauren began their career as an Associate at Hogan & Hartson.
