Muhammad Sallehuddin Abdul Halim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Muhammad Sallehuddin started their career as an HR & Admin Officer at Kenwood Logistics in 2000 and stayed there until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as an HR Manager at Sara Lee Group. In 2008, they joined WD, a Western Digital company, as a Senior HR Manager and remained there until 2011. Muhammad Sallehuddin then moved on to UPM Raflatac and held various HR positions, including Human Resources Manager for SEA & SOA from 2011 to 2013, Human Resources Manager for SEAP from 2013 to 2016, and Head of HR for Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Director of HR for Asia Pacific at UPM Raflatac, a position they have held since January 2021.

Muhammad Sallehuddin Abdul Halim obtained their Diploma in Banking Studies from Mara Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
