Raiko Pousi

Raiko Pousi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and management. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company since November 2022, Pousi manages IT services while interfacing with business customers and addressing IT issues. Prior roles include IT Service Manager at Peikko Group Corporation, where Pousi was accountable for global IT infrastructure services, and Chairman of the Board for Finlandia Ski Marathon. Pousi also has extensive experience at UPM-Kymmene as both IT Service Delivery Manager and IT Expert, focusing on service management and IT infrastructure. Pousi began the career as an IT expert at Oy Canncolor Ab and as a Network Expert at Raha-automaattiyhdistys. Pousi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Lahti University of Applied Science specializing in telecommunications engineering.
