Tuuli Isotalo

Tuuli Isotalo has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2012. Tuuli was most recently the Director of HR at UPM - The Biofore Company, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at UPM, including Senior Manager of HR and Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and managing UPM's HR Service Center, providing support in employee lifecycle administration, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and learning & people development.

Before joining UPM, Tuuli worked as an Invoicing Specialist at Barona Group Oy in 2011 and as a Cuban dance teacher at Salsa House from 2005 to 2011. Tuuli also gained experience as a Master's Thesis Worker at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they had summer internships and short-term roles as a Sales & Logistics Assistant at Pilkington Automotive from 2002 to 2004. In this position, they handled tasks related to order processing, customer queries, logistics planning, and documentation preparation. Overall, Tuuli Isotalo has a diverse background with a strong focus on HR management.

Tuuli Isotalo completed their education at Tampere University of Technology from 2002 to 2010, earning a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Tuuli also obtained additional certifications, including a Brain-based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2019, and certifications as a SHL 360 feedback facilitator and SHL OPQ & MQ feedback provider from CEB in 2016 and 2015 respectively.
